Our role

SpanishSmile (Barcelona Dental Retreat) is a facilitation and concierge service. We introduce UK patients to independent, registered dental clinics in Barcelona and provide travel coordination services. We are not a dental practice, and clinical treatment is provided solely by the independent clinic you are referred to.

Booking deposit

A 10% booking deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit is fully refundable if written notice of cancellation is given at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations received less than 3 days before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit, as the clinic is unable to reallocate the slot at short notice.

Clinical responsibility

All clinical decisions, treatment planning and dental procedures are the sole responsibility of the treating clinic and its registered dental specialists. SpanishSmile accepts no liability for clinical outcomes. All partner clinics are independently registered and regulated in Spain.

Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are indicative ranges based on typical partner clinic pricing. Final pricing is confirmed in writing by the treating clinic following an assessment. Prices are subject to change.

Concierge service

Our concierge service covers airport collection, accommodation booking and clinic transfers during your stay. Flights are not included and are the responsibility of the patient. Accommodation is arranged through third-party providers and is subject to availability and their individual terms.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that all patients take out comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical treatment and cancellation cover before travelling to Barcelona for treatment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
