SpanishSmile (trading as Barcelona Dental Retreat) is a dental tourism facilitation service. We help UK patients arrange dental treatment with independent registered dental clinics in Barcelona, Spain. We are not a dental practice and do not provide clinical treatment or advice.

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), treatment of interest and any additional information you choose to share. We do not collect payment details through this form.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry, provide treatment information and, where relevant, introduce you to a partner clinic in Barcelona. We will not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent and will never sell or share your data with third parties outside of this purpose.

Data retention

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
